Compliment-project, an ESF supported project (Article 6), has now published its findings in five languages.
Personal working in care institutions has to handle with growing stress and pressure. This guide will help you to create learning structures that prepare older and younger employees to cope with the new challenges.
There is a need for self-directed learning and respect of Age-Diversity. The employees as well as the employers are involved in the development of the learning programme. This guide can also maintain the employability of older and younger workers. This guide is made by a team from six EU Member States.
